·          Experience in valuation, compliance translation and consolidation studies.

·          İstanbul University, Faculty of Economics (1996)

·          Mazars - Neville Russel, Personnel Motivation Course (Oxford, England, 2000)

·          Certification of the Chartered Accountant (2002)

·          Attendance of various national professional organizations.

Experience Record:

·          She has worked in Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş., consumer banking division, between 1995 and 1996.

·          Since 1996, she has been working as audit assistant, senior, manager and partner in various assignments in line with International Financial Reporting Standards and Accounting Standards issued by Capital Market Board, especially in production, manufacturing, construction, tourism and trading industries including.

·          She is a member of Independent Auditors Association

·          She is also member of Istanbul Chamber of Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors
