• Recognized CPA in Italy ("Revisore Contabile")
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in Italy and in USA (Italian GAAP & US GAAP)
• Audit experience in respect of IFC and World Bank requirements
• Audit experience at privatization studies and public sector
• Audit experience in respect of Turkish Capital Market Board Regulations
• Experience in valuation, compliance translation, IPO, privatization and consolidation studies
• Experience in fraud and forensic investigation
• Member of Independent Auditors’ Association in Turkey
• Member of Mazars International Quality Control Team
• Member of Association of Accounting Experts in Turkey
