Our Human Resources department fulfills the below-listed basic functions.
• To ensure that the task/authority/responsibility satisfaction of our employees is maintained at the highest level in order to establish sustainable and high-quality service and that personal and professional training programs are developed for the career management system,
• To perform business analyses and to revise job definitions in the direction of evolving and developing conditions,
• To establish systems that will enable awarding successful individuals and helping individuals with inefficiencies to maximize their self-development within the shortest time possible through a Performance Evaluation System that will support increased efficiency and to plan activities in accordingly,
• To ensure that equal wage and social benefits are established depending on the departments and positions, 
• To carry out appropriate career planning for each employee of the company in cooperation with the internal commissions,
• To establish job satisfaction and to act as a bridge between the management and the employees in relation to the demands and suggestions of the personnel,
• To ensure that the personnel quality is maintained at the highest level through various personal training programs and to maintain highest-level corporate culture and loyalty through social events,
• Follow and organize international training and exchange programs.
