FIRST DAY IN MAZARS

The school days are over. Your college days that you will be remembering for the rest of your life are now over. You are ready to work and to take action to realize your dreams. You want to live in Turkey and heard that Mazars has a large office in Turkey... Or you quitted your job and are thinking about having a job with better working conditions or working at a company that suits your future objectives better. You were invited to various interviews in consideration of all these and this tiring process resulted in your becoming a member of the Mazars / Turkey family. We aim to express our excitement for seeing you among us while providing you with a few reminders to answer the questions you will be having on the first days of work and to help candidates who wonder how the first day at Mazars is spent. In this section, we will be providing you with some basic information to explain your new work environment and to specify our expectations of you; 

 

When does the Business Day Start?
Timing and being ready at work at the stated time is very important in terms of both the first impression of the new employee and reaching maximum efficiency without keeping colleagues waiting. Employees of Mazars / Denge should be at the office by 08:45 AM and should be ready for work by 09:00 AM. 

 

Dress Code
In accordance with the nature of our sector and the principles for corporate culture, our employees need to care about what they wear taking formal dress code as basis. Fridays are casual but review and meeting calendars and exceptional cases should be kept in mind. On your first day at work, you will be expected to conform to the Formal Dress Code principle under all circumstances.


Computers and E-Mails
You will receive a computer and an e-mail address on the first day of work.


Knowing the Company Better: Who are We and What are Our Objectives and Values?
The Orientation Period at our Company is a one-month process. In accordance with this, the Company that is included among the leading auditing and consulting companies of the world and among the 5 major auditing and consulting companies in Turkey subjects each new employee to orientation training programs that cover the general vision, fundamental values, activities in Turkey and throughout the world, service areas of the company; the corporate responsibility projects in which the company participates and the objectives of the company for the previous and the coming year. The purpose of this training program is to ensure that the adaptation process of each new team member to our company and to other employees is facilitated and to make sure that these individuals know us better. This process is followed by three-week basic training programs with different contents depending on the department.
